Terms and Conditions
1) Payment: Full payment is required 15 days before the event date.
2) Cancellation Policy: Payments made are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
3) Event Changes and Postponement: Any changes to the event must be communicated to us at least 30 days in advance. If the event needs to be postponed, we must be informed 30 days prior, or postponement will not be possible.
4) Crackers: The use of crackers is prohibited within 100 meters of the hall.
5) Music Restrictions: Music bands and DJs must end by 10 PM.
6) Traffic: Please ensure no traffic congestion occurs around the hall premises.
7) Responsibility: The hall is not liable for any disturbances caused by the party in the surrounding areas.
8) Prohibitions Inside the Hall:
a) Paan (betel leaf) counters are not allowed inside.
b) Paan, gutka, smoking cigarettes or beedis, and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited.
c) Entry is strictly not permitted after consuming alcohol.
d) Violations of these rules will result in penalties and appropriate action.
9) Special Requests: For special features like a unique entry or party poppers, please inform us in advance to ensure smooth operation.
10) Pets: Pets are strictly not allowed.
11) Parking: Parking in front of the hall entrance is not permitted. Only 2 Vehicles will be provided free parking inside the premises.
12) Damage and Liability: Any damages to the hall property or premises will be charged to the party responsible. The hall is not liable for personal injuries or lost/stolen items.
13) Hall Setup and Decoration: Decorations must be approved in advance and no nails, tape, or adhesive that could damage surfaces are allowed. Setup and takedown times should be scheduled to avoid overtime charges.
14) In-house Catering and Food Service: Details on menu selection and service times should be outlined. Any specific food or hygiene standards should also be mentioned.
15) Outside Catering Policies:
a) Any outside catering service must be approved by the hall management at least 30 days prior to the event.
b) The catering team is responsible for setting up and cleaning their service areas, including waste disposal. Additional cleaning charges may apply if the space is not returned to its original condition.
c) Caterers should arrive within designated times for setup and breakdown as outlined in the event schedule. They must coordinate with hall staff to ensure no disruption to other scheduled events.
d) Cooking or food preparation inside the hall is prohibited unless specified kitchen areas are provided.
e) Caterers must handle all waste, including disposable items and leftover food. Containers should be provided by the caterers to avoid waste accumulation in hall areas. Charges may apply for excessive waste left on-site.
f) The hall is not responsible for any food-related incidents or issues arising from outside catering services. The caterer is liable for any damage caused to the premises due to negligence or non-compliance with hall policies.
16) Overtime Charges: Specify additional charges for events that run beyond the scheduled time.
17) Guest Count and Capacity Limits: Clearly state maximum occupancy to comply with safety regulations. Requests to exceed this limit should be made in advance.
18) Waste Disposal: The party is responsible for ensuring all waste is collected and disposed of properly. Additional fees may apply for excess cleaning requirements.
19) Noise Restrictions: Indicate any specific sound level limits to be observed throughout the event.
20) Fire Hazards: Any open flames, fireworks or combustible items are prohibited to maintain safety.
21) Emergency Exits and Safety Compliance: Outline requirements for maintaining clear emergency exits and adherence to safety guidelines throughout the event.
22) Compliance with Local Laws: The event must comply with all local regulations, including permits for any public gatherings, if required.
